Close your loops! Don't come back to it later because you won't. Get it done now and get it out the way because all it's going to do is take up bandwidth in the back of your mind, making you feel busy and tired. Start it. End it.

It's funny because I type this out at 2:02 AM as I suffer the consequences of NOT closing my loops. This post was gonna be something different entirely but then I stopped writing halfway through, forgot to save, started something else and forgot to close my loop. Now I'm stuck in the wee hours of the morning finishing something I could have wrapped up a long time ago. All because I didn't close the loop.

Now there is a more esoteric level to closing loops as I'm sure you anticipated. These are more like life loops if you will. The what ifs. The if onlys. Sometimes we need to see these things through to their completion to be able to know for certain if something was meant to be or not. Sometimes we need to shoot our shot at the person to find out they're not interested. Maybe sometimes you need to accept that position you thought you wanted to find out it ain't all it cracked up to be. Or perhaps it is exactly as you dreamed it would be. Either way, you gotta close that loop to find out.

Life is a simple process that's complexity comes in it's consistence. In other words, you what we have to do it's not hard but doing it constantly is. Partially why I've challenged myself to do wayvydayly. I wanted to see if I could post every day for a year (I already failed) but maybe it's not about the destination after all. But the friends we made along the way.
